Smart Tour Builder's Create with AI experience now starts on the Builder for all Pro users, so a rep can write down a few rough ideas and get a tour back, no formal RFP required.
Why this matters
Not every tour starts with a formal request for proposal. Many start with a conversation. A planner calls asking to see the ballroom. A sales manager needs a site-inspection follow-up. An event team wants a tour for an email signature or a Cvent listing. Now a rep can go from that informal conversation to a custom tour by describing what the customer asked for.
Each request calls for a different mix of spaces and details. Until now, Create with AI was available only through the Respond to RFP workflow. It is now available on Builder home for all Pro users.
Builder home offers two paths: Create with AI and Build manually. The manual workflow stays for reps who prefer to select each asset themselves. Create with AI gives them a faster way through the blank slate.
Start with a description
In the Create with AI tab, a rep describes the tour they need and can attach supporting files. Sample prompt chips offer a quick place to begin. The rep can also choose an optional goal:
- Site Inspection
- RFP
- Email Signature
- Cvent
From that input, Smart Tour Builder collects the assets and creates the tour name, description and tags. The rep then reviews the result and continues building.
This expands the experience introduced in Introducing Smart Tour Builder: When AI Handles the Blank Slate. The same describe-it approach now begins on Builder Home, whatever type of tour a rep needs to send.
A better-organized library produces better results
Smart Tour Builder draws on the information already associated with a property's content library: collection groupings, asset names, generated smart tags and custom tags.
Clear naming and thoughtful tagging give the builder more to work with when it matches assets to a request. A ballroom labeled by name, capacity or event type gives the system more context than a generic file name. The same applies to guest rooms, restaurants, meeting spaces and amenities.
For sales teams, an organized library helps with more than day-to-day browsing. It also improves what Create with AI can assemble from a rep's description.

Create with AI is available from Builder for all Pro users. Plus and Core users can upgrade to Pro to get Create with AI.
