The Hotel on Rivington case study
The case study centers on Hotel on Rivington, a 108-room luxury boutique hotel on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. After renovating key spaces, the sales team was still selling with outdated photos and static PDFs, and many of its corporate buyers were in Los Angeles, Europe, and the UK.
Allison Cirillo Herits, who oversees sales and marketing for the hotel and its sister property, built immersive 3D tours into proposals, ran live tours on video calls, and sent curated links tailored to each client and event setup.
For one UK client planning a World Cup-related event, the immersive tour helped secure an executive site visit that might not have happened otherwise. The front desk now uses QR-code room tours at check-in to support upgrades.
Her summary after three months: “For me, the biggest impact I see is the time I save.”
