Photo shoots are scheduled at the availability of Visiting Media photographers, and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation within 72 hours of your shoot may result in a $99 cancellation fee. If the shoot goes over the pre-arranged photo shoot time, the photographer may have to move to their next scheduled shoot and reschedule to finish your shoot at a later date.
