As virtual conferencing and video calls become a new normal across the globe, Visiting Media unveils its own brand of crystal-clear virtual experience and site tour technology to help customers connect regardless of location.

Have you ever used a screenshare or virtual meeting application and experienced low visual quality and lagging issues? TrueTour™ Drive remedies these problems, providing the same high quality of visuals you experience within TrueTour, with incredibly powerful planning functionality.

How will it work?

TrueTour Drive mirrors your computer or device with what your customer is experiencing on their end. For example, imagine you’re working on a large incentives event and the client can’t visit your property ahead of time. Using TrueTour™ Drive you simply:

  1. Launch your TrueTour™ app and click ‘DRIVE’.
  2. Enter your customer’s name and email address/phone number to register the link to their account and share a Drive link (Also, you can share a Drive link with an unlimited number of recipients!).
  3. Customer clicks the link and voila – they see everything you see.
    As you explore your property on your TrueTour™ app, your customer sees the exact same experience you do.

Your Customer’s Event Questions Answered in Visual Detail

TrueTour Drive goes beyond impeccable 360° visuals: add measurements, draw on the screen, record memos and more. You can even turn on your webcam to personalize the presentation and ‘flip’ the camera, showing your customer a live feed of your hotel if desired.

Can I record, send and share Drive experiences?

At the end of your TrueTour Drive meeting, the entire presentation is saved inside your client’s TrueTour profile and shared with them as a TrueTour Experience. As your customer revisits this tour content, you receive engagement alerts. If they need to show the information to other decision-makers, the experience can be shared with others with the click of a button!
