For every review received throughout November, we will donate $30 to the Feeding America.
Instruction on How to Submit a Review
- When clicking the “Write a Review” button, you will be redirected to HotelTechReport’s website.
- Select “Allow Visiting Media to follow up about my review to improve the product experience.”
- HotelTechReport will also send you a verification email. Please follow the steps in the email to complete the verification process. After verification is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to see your review online.
- Visiting Media will make a $30 donation to the charity indicated and send the receipt to the email used to submit the review.

Donation Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The donation is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of review and are employees of a company that is a customer of Visiting Media.
Timing
November 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025.
To Donate
To participate, customers must submit a review of our product on HotelTechReport following these steps:
- On the review page, select “Allow Visiting Media to follow up about my review to improve the product experience” to receive an email from Visiting Media with the receipt of your donation.
- HotelTechReport will also send you a verification email. Please follow the steps in the email to complete the verification process.
- After verification is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to see your review online.
Each review constitutes one donation. The review must be genuine and comply with the platform’s terms of use. No purchase is necessary to participate.
Publicity
By submitting a review, participants agree to allow the use of their name and review for promotional purposes without compensation. No other personal information will be collected from participants.
Liability Release
Participants agree to release the company and its affiliates from any liability associated with the donation made. Visiting Media reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these terms and conditions and to modify or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
