Accor's Luxury & Premium Brands Launch TrueTour Across Central and Eastern Europe

Accor's Luxury & Premium Brands division in Central and Eastern Europe evaluated several immersive marketing platforms before selecting Visiting Media. TrueTour stood out on the quality of its 3D and 360° imagery, the ease of adoption for property sales teams, and a demonstrable return on investment visible within the first year of deployment.

The program launched with seven key properties across Central and Eastern Europe:

Each property received a dedicated Visiting Media Property Coach responsible for onboarding, training, photography scheduling, and web embed support. The Coach model was designed to ensure every property's sales team could use TrueTour confidently from day one, without relying on internal IT or marketing resources.

On the Road: IMEX Frankfurt

Visiting Media's VP Sales team joined the Accor Central and Eastern Europe team at IMEX Frankfurt, bringing TrueTour into live trade show conversations. Sales representatives could walk prospects through 3D property environments directly on the show floor — a format that replaced brochures and static screens with something prospects could actually explore.

TrueTour is now deployed across Accor's EMEA portfolio, well beyond the original seven properties. Accor Luxury & Premium properties across the region continue to use TrueTour to build immersive proposals tailored to individual clients — replacing templated decks with experiences that reflect each property's specific character and event spaces.
