Case Study: NW Navigator

avatar Ben Powers

Joe Gillis is founder and CEO of Northwest Navigator Luxury Coaches, and longtime Visiting Media member. We recently asked Joe to share his experience with TrueTour as a sales tool. We thought you’d love to hear how this extraordinary company has consistently taken marketing to the next level, and specifically, how TrueTour has become their greatest online marketing tool.

Joe, tell us about NW Navigator. What sets you apart as a brand?

NW Navigator Visiting MediaAt Northwest Navigator Luxury Coaches, we believe that, while a “trip” is measured in miles, a “journey” is measured in moments; moments filled with exceptional service, exceptional amenities, and exceptional people. From our experienced, professional drivers to our world class customer service executives, NW Navigator’s commitment to quality, reliability, and consistency is reflected in all we do.

What problem does TrueTour solve for you?

We have always tried to set ourselves apart from the competition, and one way we have done that is with the quality of our fleet and it’s cleanliness. Another way we do this is to find elegant and compelling ways to show off our fleet online.

Before Visiting Media, we emphasized the value of coming to tour our fleet, view our coaches. We know that once customers see the difference, it’s very easy for them to book.

The problem is very few people have the time, or in most cases the ability, to come to our location and see the quality interiors of our coaches prior to that trip.

With TrueTour, it took us about 2 minutes to see this was a tremendous opportunity, and it solved a huge problem for us! Now, we simply send customers a link to our TrueTour and tell them, “If you can’t come see us, now you can take a stroll through our fleet right on your computer or phone!”

Our favorite is to add, “Oh, and make sure you do the same with the other quotes you get so you won’t be surprised the day of the trip!” … which of course, they can’t do if they don’t have a sales tool as cool as TrueTour. We usually smile when we say this, by the way.

We know this tips the buying decision. For us, TrueTour is an extension of our promise for excellence. We know we deliver, and we believe in our company, and this is a phenomenal way for us to put ourselves out there. Other companies just don’t do that.

What advice would you give new members just building their TrueTour for the first time?

I would suggest to take full advantage of Ben’s excellent training team. TrueTour is amazing all by itself, but if you take the time to learn about some of its features – like texting, banner ads, the PartnerList – it’s like having a marketing firm in your back pocket. Visiting Media has taken our marketing to the next level and made us incredibly proud. We feel future-forward and confident we are doing our best.

Thank you, Ben and Visiting Media, for making us look great!

See for yourself!

If you haven’t seen their TrueTour yet, enjoy the immersive experience for yourself. And, if you’d like to discuss how TrueTour can be a valuable sales tool for your business, click here to contact us. We’d love to discuss it with you!
