A Renewed Connection with Customers: Visiting Media at the Sage Hospitality Conference

The hospitality industry has been through a lot in the past two years. Sage Hospitality Group (SHG) recognized this when they welcomed their hotel and restaurant managers to an in-person event in Denver at the Curtis Hotel under the theme “Reconnect.” Visiting Media was honored to be a part of this conference, which gave us a chance to reconnect with our existing customers and connect with prospects.

Our CEO, Ben Powers, participated in a panel discussion focusing on the future of the hotel industry and the tools available to stay competitive. Ben also presented the updates coming to TrueTour and some of our latest visual content available to customers, like a Fly-Through Video from our Traditional Content department. During his presentation, the audience seemed particularly impressed by one of our most spectacular Fly Through Media drone videos, shot at the Viceroy Hotel in Los Cabos. Devon Van Horn, Events Manager, and Kyle Haskins, Marketing Operations Manager, attended the conference and reported that several of our customers testified to their attachment to our brand and their appreciation of the attention they receive from our customer service team. “It was such a cool experience seeing current customers convey their firsthand experience with our products and our service. It seemed like most of these customers saw us as partners and collaborators instead of just a company providing them with a service.
