For our customers, here are the on-boarding steps to follow after signing up.
On-boarding call with your personal Customer Support Specialist. We’ve taken support to the next level!
You aren’t expected to do this by yourself! Just after you sign up, we introduce you to your own personal member of our Customer Support Team dedicated to answering your questions, introducing you to your custom built TrueTour™ dashboard, and helping you launch your TrueTour™ APP! Think of us as an extension of your marketing team.

- Introduce you to your customer built TrueTour™ and TrueTour™ dashboard pre loaded with your content!
- Show you how to control what shows up inside your TrueTour™ APP by adjusting content and settings in your dashboard.
- Train you how to use your TrueTour™ APP to present and deliver content to your customers when selling.
- Prepare you for your first immersive photo shoot and get you excited about the power of immersive content!

Visiting Media customers enjoy original and ongoing HD 360° photography and 3D-modeling as part of your customer package. To plan for your photo session, please review this Photoshoot Prep Checklist and complete this shot list request form. Your support specialist will assist you every step of the way to schedule, prepare and eventually upload your new immersive content to your TrueTour Presentation APP.

Now that your first round of immersive content is about to go live, it’s time to get you ‘schooled’ on all things TrueTour™! Use our online Knowledge Base and the ‘help icon’ located inside each section in your Visiting Media dashboard! Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions or would like to set up a one-on-one training call!
- Where and with whom do you plan to use your TrueTour? The most common applications include phone and email sales, screen share presentations, property site tours, trade shows and in presentations and proposals.
- Based on your list of TrueTour™ applications, use your Visiting Media dashboard to load and adjust content inside your TrueTour™ APP so you have everything you need to present and sell!

Add immersive content to websites, profiles and applications!
Your TrueTour™ APP is a powerful immersive content management system (iCMS) delivering blended immersive experiences onto any website, profile and most applications.
