Your Launch Checklist!
For our customers, here are the onboarding steps to follow after signing up.
You aren’t expected to do this by yourself! Just after you sign up, we’ll introduce your onsite team to your dedicated property support coach! A launch call will be scheduled as soon as possible with your team.
During your launch call we will:
- Establish your goals and approve a proposed shot list
- Introduce your shiny new TrueTour™ Tool
- Load your TrueTour™ onto your selling devices
- Show you how to begin using your TrueTour™
- Discuss your first photo shoot
- Sign you and your team up for our weekly newsletter
Schedule your first photo session!
As a Visiting Media customer, you’ll enjoy ongoing 360° photography and/or 3D modeling as part of your package. When you’re ready to schedule your first photo session, we’ll need a few items from your team to get started:
- A finalized shot list of the content you’d like captured, with the desired room setups
- Your ideal date(s) for capture
- Name and number of the staff member who will work with the photographer(s) onsite
- Access and parking instructions for the photographer(s)
- Confirmation that your team has read and understands the preparation guidelines
We’ll need the spaces clean and clear of guests to capture your property in its best light, so we’ll want to shoot during quiet hours. If we need to schedule an overnight shoot or devise a different strategy, we can do that too!

Ongoing Training & Support!
After your launch call, your coach will be in touch to monitor your account goals and progress. Some common goals our customers have are:
- Improve face-to-face selling
- Enable phone, video call and email selling
- Deliver immersive content into proposals
- Add immersive visuals (360, 3D etc.) to my website*
- Add immersive visuals to other websites (Google, Yelp, etc.)*
- Use engagement data to improve how I close deals
- Integrate engagement data into my existing CRM (Salesforce, etc.)*
- Leverage text and email alerts when customers are browsing my sales materials

We are always here to support your success and will be in touch constantly. You’ll receive a weekly newsletter full of valuable TrueTour™ insights, new features, educational articles and more. We’ll also call/email you every 90 days to touch base, provide candid feedback and give you specific action steps based on your account analytics and offer additional one-on-one and team training!
Our Knowledge Base will also help you dig deep into all things TrueTour™. Lastly, don’t hesitate to contact us via email or our live chat at the bottom of this window if you have questions or would like additional support.
Integrate immersive content onto websites & proposals.
If your goals include using your TrueTour™ APP to integrate immersive visuals onto websites and/or proposal platforms we will provide you with a custom integration worksheet, upon request (custom document outlining our integration recommendations based on your specific website and digital footprint, including all needed url’s and embed codes).
Your TrueTour™ APP is a powerful immersive content management system (iCMS) capable of delivering immersive content onto websites, profiles and proposal applications. Using TrueTour’s™ powerful sharing feature, create code for pop-up modals and embed scrips. Generate QR codes for print ads, access quick links for emails and integrate immersive content onto PDFs, capacity charts and more!
Use your TrueTour™ APP when selling!
TrueTour™ is a powerful presentation and selling tool designed exclusively for the hospitality industry. Here are a few ways you can use this tool each and every day to improve sales speed, revenue per sale and selling efficiency!
- Present visual aids during your next site tour, outside sales meeting or trade show (try the virtual reality feature)!
- Give a virtual site tour via screen share, then send this experience to the customer.
- Text marketing materials in your TrueTour™ to a potential customer right on the spot; be sure to track when they open and engage!
- Deliver immersive visuals into marketing emails and social channels.
- Include a tour of your property in your email signature.
