Redefining the Online Experience with Immersive Visuals: Hilton’s New Brand.com API Pilot with SalesHub™
Visiting Media, a leading innovator in immersive selling technology, unveiled a new API developed for Hilton in collaboration with the Brand’s product and tech teams. Powered by SalesHub™, Visiting Media’s staple platform, this solution is the first API that seamlessly integrates immersive visuals like 3D and 360° and redefines how they are managed and distributed across Hilton’s brand.com.
Immersive Asset Production
Visiting Media is Hilton’s approved immersive asset (includes several variants of 3D, 360°, Virtual Reality and Computer Generated Imagery) production partner for Hilton managed hotels in the Americas which accommodates Hilton’s compliance standards. Visiting Media agrees to include unlimited indoor 3D content creation to all Hilton hotels using SalesHub as part of their SalesHub service. Visiting Media agrees to, at Vendor’s own expense, continue building new technology to enhance/adjust/augment immersive assets to ensure that they meet Hilton’s brand standards today, and into the future.
Hilton’s SalesHub Tech Stack – The Big Picture!
SalesHub, used by Hilton property teams, automatically syncs with the Hilton Hospitality Cloud instance, delivering valuable sales materials and data to Hilton.com, call centers and by mid, 2025, regional sales teams, worldwide sales, delphi and other key industry channels (think Cvent, OTA’s etc.)!
Hilton Luxury/HIC Activation Guidelines
As part of our partnership, Hilton is asking all Hilton Luxury/HIC properties to activate the SalesHub software at the property level, as a requirement. The SalesHub software is Hilton approved selling enablement software for Managed, Americas hotels. See ‘Hilton’s SalesHub Tech. As part of our partnership, Hilton is asking all full service properties to activate the SalesHub software at the property level, as a very strong recommendation and all select service properties to strongly consider SalesHub. G&O (Growth & Openings) Team Activation Guidelines
G&O (Growth & Openings Team): SalesHub should be included on the PACER checklist for new hotels entering the Hilton portfolio or under construction! Properties are asked to activate SalesHub as early as possible, ideally well before opening day (6-12 months) in order to take advantage of SalesHub pre-opening/pre-selling functionality which is desirable to Hilton.
Visiting Media will work with the G&O team on an ongoing basis. G&O team to provide Visiting Media with a monthly report showing new hotels entering the Hilton pipeline. Visiting Media, after receiving each new property report, will work with the G&O to connect with individual property teams (ownership as needed) to present Hilton SalesHub pricing, customize packages and activate new properties.
Renovations
As part of our partnership, properties are asked to activate SalesHub as early as possible, ideally well before the start of any renovation, in order to take advantage of SalesHub pre-selling functionality which is desirable to Hilton.See ‘Hilton’s SalesHub Tech.
