Immersive Asset Production
Visiting Media is Hyatt’s approved immersive asset (includes several variants of 3D, 360°, Virtual Reality and Computer Generated Imagery) production partner for Hyatt managed hotels which accommodates Hyatt’s compliance standards. Visiting Media agrees to include unlimited indoor 3D content creation to all Hyatt hotels using SalesHub as part of their SalesHub service. Visiting Media agrees to, at Vendor’s own expense, continue building new technology to enhance/adjust/augment immersive assets to ensure that they meet Hyatt’s brand standards today, and into the future.
Hyatt’s SalesHub Tech Stack – The Big Picture!
SalesHub, used by Hyatt property teams, automatically syncs with the Hyatt Hospitality Cloud instance, delivering valuable sales materials and data to Hyatt.com, call centers and by mid-2025, regional sales teams, worldwide sales, delphi and other key industry channels (think Cvent, OTA’s etc.)!

Hyatt Properties Using TrueTour™
Currently on TrueTour? As of January 1, 2025, Hyatt is asking all hotels migrate to the new Visiting Media platform and explore SalesHub as a powerful next step in their immersive selling journey. Hyatt has negotiated an extremely discounted rate for managed and franchised hotels to make this accessible to migrate by the end of 2025 or when your renewal is set to commence.

Hyatt Luxury Full Service/Select Service Activation Guidelines
As part of our partnership, Hyatt is strongly recommending full service properties to activate the SalesHub software at the property level, those with 2k+ in event space, and those with extensive rooms and suite/villa categories! All select service properties with over 2,000 sq ft of meeting space should strongly consider SalesHub. The SalesHub software is the Hyatt approved selling enablement software for Managed hotels globally.

PACER Checklist Guidelines
SalesHub should be included on the PACER checklist for new hotels entering the Hyatt portfolio or under construction! Properties are asked to activate SalesHub as early as possible, ideally well before opening day (6-12 months) in order to take advantage of SalesHub pre-opening/pre-selling functionality which is desirable to Hyatt.
Visiting Media will work with the G&O team on an ongoing basis. G&O team to provide Visiting Media with a monthly report showing new hotels entering the Hyatt pipeline. Visiting Media, after receiving each new property report, will work with the G&O to connect with individual property teams (ownership as needed) to present Hyatt SalesHub pricing, customize packages and activate new properties.
Renovations
As part of our partnership, properties are asked to activate SalesHub as early as possible, ideally well before the start of any renovation, in order to take advantage of SalesHub pre-selling functionality which is desirable to Hyatt.
