Visiting Media’s Favorite Hotel Website Integrations!
Our customers have responded to this new normal in unprecedented ways. We’re thrilled to highlight some of our favorite ways our hotel and resort customers have integrated TrueTour across their websites.
Working with brand marketing and web teams, these properties are implementing methods to reach their customers as early as possible in the buying cycle, making it easy and intuitive to virtually explore and plan events in a socially distanced world. Let’s take a closer look.
Marriott – Westin, Ritz-Carlton, Autograph Collection
In Marriott’s highlight section on their websites, brands like the Westin have developed custom icons attracting their customers to take a virtual tour directly from the meetings page.
IHG – Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza
On IHG vanity sites, properties can integrate into any location they want. Their integrations are highly customizable based on the needs and requirements of the individual property and their available event spaces and accommodations. Placement is not limited, so the integrations are unique and engaging.
Hyatt Hotels
Hyatt hotels have included specific integrations on their photos and review pages. Intermixing 3D content within their photo galleries create an interesting mix of traditional and virtual content, while some integrations on Thompson brand websites feature immersive visuals for each suite.
Kimpton
Kimpton Hotels & Resorts have done an exceptional job with their integrations, branding and infusing mentions of their immersive experiences throughout multiple facets of their websites, capacity charts, promotional materials and more.
Not to mention their use of popouts, which allows for highly specific immersive experiences on the same page, which keeps the customer from navigating to a new tab or elsewhere on a separate website, keeping viewers on their path to booking.
Fairmont
Fairmont rooms and meeting spaces have a virtual experience on their brand.com sites via a hyperlink. On their vanity sites, they’ve implemented popouts and also embedded TrueTour™ directly into their site, creating a frictionless virtual site visit experience.
Viceroy
Viceroy has tastefully placed TrueTour experiences near the description of property rooms and locations, as well as within their capacity chart. Clicking on a tasteful 360° icon next to a location description presents the viewer with an interactive TrueTour 360° in a branded popup window. The clear and direct context is another reason popup windows are one of our favorite ways to integrate TrueTour on websites.
Hilton – Doubletree, Embassy Suites
Hilton brands have approved email signature buttons to easily engage customers and prompt leads to step inside their property with each correspondence. Click here to discover how you can add a TrueTour™ button to your company’s email signature (graphics included!).
These Integrations are the Tip of the Iceberg…
These are just a few of the brands which have integrated dynamically on their websites and in their email signatures. But website integrations are just the tip of the iceberg. Soon we will highlight integration possibilities on third-party platforms, OTA websites, proposal tools and across social media channels. The sky is the limit on reaching your customer with the most dynamic and engaging media your property has to offer!
