Renowned for his ability to design exceptional customer experiences and oversee complex global operations, Kevin will play a pivotal role in advancing Visiting Media’s mission to redefine how hospitality businesses market and sell their spaces. In this capacity, he will oversee the Customer Success, Customer Strategy, Training, and Creative Production teams, focusing on strengthening partnerships, maximizing customer value and product adoption, and driving innovative strategies to fuel Visiting Media’s growth.
