Welcoming Chad Kimner as Visiting Media’s New SVP of Growth & Operations
We’re excited to welcome Chad Kimner as our new SVP of Growth & Operations
We’re thrilled to announce a major addition to the Visiting Media leadership team: Chad Kimner has joined us as Senior Vice President of Growth & Operations, effective May 12, 2025.
In this newly created role, Chad will oversee our Product, Marketing, and Product Studio teams while working closely with CEO Jascha Kaykas-Wolff as a strategic partner in operational execution. His appointment marks a significant milestone as we accelerate into our next phase of global growth.
Get to Know Chad
Chad brings a wealth of experience leading product and operational teams at some of the world’s most respected technology organizations. Most recently, he was Director of Product Marketing at Meta Reality Labs, leading cross-functional initiatives across AI, Mixed Reality, and next-gen wearable technologies. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Mozilla, where he helped deliver exponential growth, including spearheading the scale-up of their VPN product line.
“Chad’s unique blend of product leadership and operational discipline comes at the perfect time,” said CEO Jascha Kaykas-Wolff. “As we continue to grow our footprint across the hospitality industry, Chad’s ability to build strong systems and drive clarity will be pivotal.”
Chad’s Core Objectives
At Visiting Media, Chad will focus on strengthening the connection between product innovation and market delivery. He’ll work hand-in-hand with our SVP of Sales, Steve Sackman, and SVP of Customer Experience, Kevin Huang, to ensure our solutions not only lead the industry—but deliver an exceptional experience throughout the customer journey.
Chad holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Middlebury College.
