Immersive Asset Production
Visiting Media is Hilton's approved immersive asset production partner — including several variants of 3D, 360°, Virtual Reality, and Computer Generated Imagery — for Hilton managed hotels in the Americas, which accommodates Hilton's compliance standards. Visiting Media agrees to include unlimited indoor 3D content creation for all Hilton hotels using the Visiting Media Platform as part of their service. Visiting Media agrees to, at its own expense, continue building new technology to enhance, adjust, and augment immersive assets to ensure that they meet Hilton's brand standards today and into the future.

Recommendations for New Visiting Media Customers
Hilton requires all Luxury hotels in the Americas to activate the Visiting Media Platform. Hilton recommends all full-service hotels activate the Visiting Media Platform and strongly encourages all select-service properties to consider activation. Highly discounted enterprise pricing is available to all Hilton managed hotels in the Americas.

As part of our partnership, we are currently working with Hilton to activate Hilton Luxury hotel properties to the Visiting Media Platform at the property level. With a deep emphasis on streamlining at-property and above-property selling and distribution potential, participating Luxury properties will premiere best-in-class immersive sales capabilities and leverage first-of-its-kind technology to maintain a competitive edge. The Visiting Media Platform is Hilton's approved selling enablement software for Managed, Americas hotels.

Growth & Openings Checklist Guidelines
Growth & Openings Team: The Visiting Media Platform is included on the G&O checklist for new hotels entering the Hilton portfolio or under construction. Properties are asked to activate the Visiting Media Platform as early as possible, ideally well before opening day (6–12 months), in order to take advantage of pre-opening and pre-selling functionality which is desirable to Hilton.
Visiting Media will work with the G&O team on an ongoing basis. The G&O team will provide Visiting Media with a monthly report showing new hotels entering the Hilton pipeline. Visiting Media, after receiving each new property report, will work with the G&O team to connect with individual property teams (ownership as needed) to present Hilton Visiting Media Platform pricing, customize packages, and support new Hilton properties through activation. The Visiting Media Platform connects with the Hilton Hospitality Cloud instance, which is a key benefit for new properties joining the portfolio.
