Visiting Media is Hyatt’s leading approved immersive asset (includes several variants of 3D, 360°, Virtual Reality and Computer Generated Imagery) production partner for Hyatt managed hotels in the Americas, EMEA and ASPAC, which accommodates Hyatt’s compliance standards.
As part of our Hyatt enterprise pricing, Visiting Media includes unlimited indoor 3D content creation to all Hyatt managed and franchised hotels using SalesHub as part of their SalesHub service. Additionally, all Hyatt properties on SalesHub now roll up to the Hyatt HospitalityCloud instance – a new above-property sales and marketing solution for powering regional and above property sales, marketing, call center, distribution and other teams.
Hyatt’s SalesHub Tech Stack – The Big Picture!
SalesHub, used by Hyatt property teams automatically syncs with the coming Hyatt Hospitality Cloud instance, delivering valuable sales materials and data to be used by Hyatt’s above property and GSO sales teams, Hyatt.com, booking engines and more. By early 2026, HospitalityCloud’s distribution API and features can connect all Hyatt property content to additional channels, including call centers, Envision, Prive and beyond (think Cvent, OTA’s etc.)!

Hyatt Properties Using TrueTour™
Currently on TrueTour? As of January 1, 2025, Hyatt recommends all hotels migrate to the new Visiting Media platform and explore SalesHub as a powerful next step in their immersive selling journey. Hyatt has negotiated an extremely discounted rate for managed and franchised hotels to make this accessible to migrate by the end of 2025 or when your renewal is set to commence.
Recommendations for New Visiting Media Customers
Hyatt recommends all full-service and luxury hotels, as well as select service properties with more than 2,000 sq ft of event space activate SalesHub. Highly discounted enterprise pricing is available to all Hyatt managed and franchised hotels globally.

Hyatt Luxury Full Service/Select Service Activation Guidelines
With the shared goal increasing hotel revenues and selling efficiencies as soon as possible at scale, Hyatt recommends full-service properties and luxury properties, those with 2k+ in event space, and those with extensive rooms and suite/villa categories activate the SalesHub software at the property level. All other properties should consider SalesHub’s lower service tiers focused on increasing room upgrades (Rev-Par and ADR) and online sales performance.

PACER Checklist Guidelines
SalesHub is included on the PACER checklist for new hotels entering the Hyatt portfolio or under construction! Properties are asked to activate SalesHub as early as possible, ideally well before opening day (6-12 months) in order to take advantage of SalesHub pre-opening/pre-selling functionality which is desirable to Hyatt.
As part of our negotiated enterprise rates, SalesHub is provided free of charge to all opening hotels up to 6-months before opening! SalesHub connects with the Hyatt HospitalityCloud instance and delivers all assets and hotel data stores in SalesHub directly to regional and above-property sales and marketing teams. This feature will help new and opening properties promote themselves early and faster!
Visiting Media Pre-Sell technology makes it possible to bring a hotel, currently under construction, to life sometimes years before a property is completed. Pre-Sell’s fully realistic 360/3D/Video capability empowers property and above property sales teams to pre-sell a property as if it were already built and opened, often driving millions of dollars in new/additional revenue.
Visiting Media will work with the Hyatt New Openings team on an ongoing basis to support new Hyatt properties activating SalesHub to drive pre-opening sales!

As part of our partnership, properties are asked to activate SalesHub as early as possible, ideally well before the start of any renovation, in order to take advantage of SalesHub pre-selling functionality which is desirable to Hyatt.
