Instruction on How to Submit a Review
- When clicking the “Write a Review” button, you will be redirected to HotelTechReport’s website.
- Select “Allow Visiting Media to follow up about my review to improve the product experience” to receive an email from Visiting Media with your gift card redemption code.
- HotelTechReport will also send you a verification email. Please follow the steps in the email to complete the verification process. After verification is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to see your review online.
- Visiting Media will randomly select 3 winners from all reviews submitted between November 4 and December 15. The winners will be notified on December 16.

Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of review and are employees of a company that is a customer of Visiting Media.
Timing
November 10, 2024 through December 15, 2024.
To Enter
To participate, customers must submit a review of our product on HotelTechReport following these steps:
- On the review page, select “Allow Visiting Media to follow up about my review to improve the product experience” to receive an email from Visiting Media with your gift card redemption code.
- HotelTechReport will also send you a verification email. Please follow the steps in the email to complete the verification process.
- After verification is complete, it takes 1-2 business days to see your review online.
Each review constitutes one entry into the giveaway. The review must be genuine and comply with the platform’s terms of use. No purchase is necessary to participate.
Prize
Three winner swill receive a $250 Amazon gift card. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection
The winners will be selected at random from all eligible reviews received within the giveaway period. The drawing will be held on December 16, 2024.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the drawing date.
Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow the use of their name and review for promotional purposes without compensation. No other personal information will be collected from participants.
Liability Release
Participants agree to release the company and its affiliates from any liability associated with the giveaway or any prize received. Visiting Media reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these terms and conditions and to modify or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
